{ farm to wedding | styled shoot }

nothing beats a fresh homegrown tomato, except a bridal bouquet with heirloom tomatoes, radishes, lavender and mint!  this styled shoot featured in southern utah bride magazine was inspired by our local farmer's market.

{ laura + canon | gold + plums }

most of our weddings are in southern utah and the surrounding area but laura + canon gave us the opportunity to do their wedding in las vegas nv,  it wedding was simply amazing.  they even ended the night with a fireworks display!
figs, plums, and peonies oh my!  we love the textures created by combining fruit and flowers.  turkish figs, red plums and blackberries played with the lush blooms of cafe au lait dahias, peonies, and roses.  gold succulents and berries accented the color palette of pink, plum, red, marsala, and burgundy.

{ styled shoot | seaside affair }

we were fortunate enough to team up with some amazing southern utah wedding vendors for this seaside inspired styled shoot at sand hollow. the details were refreshing and mother nature provided some stunning flowers for us to use. some of them included french lavender, shades of orange ranunculus, the most amazing light yellow dahlias (very rare) purple gomphrena, pale pink lisianthus, light blue tweedia, white veronica, silver dollar eucalyptus, green pierus and rosemary. the bride's bouquet was wild & organic and the groom's boutonniere we kept simple with  just a touch of greenery.  enjoy these whimsical and nautical photos!

{ Fall }

The Fall color palate is one of Bloomers favorite color schemes. The deep, rich reds, velvet Burgundy tones and eye-catching orange and peach colors make Fall centerpieces simply stunning.

{ j&j bridals }

Our bride to be, Jessica, and the ever so talented Nick and Signe Adams have given us the go ahead for another sneak peek into J&J's vintage-beach inspired wedding. And now we get to share it with you!

The vintage books pictured above belong to our bookworm bride. These books are few among the many stacks that Jessica has collected and read. When Jessica isn't reading you can often find the j&j duo playing at the beach. So, what's more perfect than a vintage-beach inspired wedding?

James' boutonniere consists of a delicate, ruffled white ranunculus, dahlia buds, and blue hydrangea. It has been wrapped with an earthy burlap.

Notice anything different about this bouquet? If you look closely, you will notice we have incorporated wooden flowers into this peony packed bouquet. They are similar looking to the ruffly edged white ranunculus. The stems are wrapped in a plush velvet ribbon and a simple knot of burlap has been added. Again, just another fun element to coordinate with our vintage-beach theme. Another, big thank you goes out to Nick and Signe Adams, of Nick Adams Photography. They have gone above and beyond with capturing all the details and elements of Jessica and James' bridal photos. The BIG day wedding photos soon to come...
